Sweet Sensations is a small family run traditional sweet shop in the center of the historic Georgian market town of Ampthill.  Our shelves are stocked with traditional glass jars full of sweets from yesteryear where all our customers are treated to a very special experiance and a truely personal service.

 

Choose from our range of hundreds of sweets including many of your childhood favorites or from our special range of gifts including a range of traditional glass jars filled for you from your choice of sweets, gift wrapped sweet hampers and baskets and a large range of seasonal traditional gifts.  Sweet Sensations is a small family run traditional sweet shop in the center of the historic Georgian market town of Ampthill.

Company history

We opened our doors in April 2006 and have had the most wonderful time ever since meeting many fantastic customers who have become great friends since.  We now watch our sweets travel the world with customers from Australia, America, Germany, South Africa, Spain and all over the UK.

 

In August 2007 we decided to start our own website to help our customers to keep in touch and continue to recieve their favourite sweets.  We have designed and built the site ourselves and we welcome any comments/suggestions you have.

 

April 2009 opened a new chapter in our history when we moved to our new premises in Dunstable Street, Ampthill which is a lovely shop complete with an exposed brick wall and it really compliments the tradition feel we are trying to capture while also allowing us more shelf space and counter space to enable us to expand our range even further.
